You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your shipping confirmation email. The item must be received by us within this 30-day period.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must include the original receipt or order confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Policy)
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used:
- Opened skincare, cosmetics, makeup, serums, creams, masks, or any beauty products that come into direct contact with skin.
- Personal care items (hair care, bath & body products, etc.).
- Any product that has been used, tested, or has the seal broken.
This policy complies with Google Ads and YouTube advertising guidelines and standard industry practices for beauty and skincare products.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at help@chicora-beauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at help@chicora-beauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item back to our returns address (provided in the RMA email) using a trackable shipping method.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will include the product price only (original shipping is non-refundable).
- Gift cards and promotional discounts are non-refundable.
